Amino acids are the part of the protein, and they are the building blocks of your body. The human body uses them for the growth of new muscle tissues. Every part of a human body is made up of protein. That’s why to get optimal growth; your body needs a sufficient amount of proteins.

What are the best foods to eat for protein intake?

When you get a good quality of protein in your diet, it will give your body enough amount of protein that it needs to fully grow and recover. The best sources to get protein are red meat, poultry, eggs, fish, milk, and whey protein isolate. Beef and eggs are considered the best sources that give high protein content and add hormonal benefits as well. When both of these protein sources are combined together, they create an environment that builds the anabolic muscles of your body which any other food can’t.

How often and how much you should eat protein?

When you want to build muscles, you have to take more protein and eat more than an average person. It is because your body will need more protein to recover and grow new muscle mass. The amount of protein that you have to take will depend on you as an individual and the intensity of the training that you are doing.

Generally, you must have an aim to consume at least one gram per pound of your total body weight. On some days, you should aim to take 2 grams of protein, especially on the days of training. To provide all this to your body and get this amount of protein with a constant flow, you should eat it with every meal. You can eat up to 6 meal a day with 25g of protein with every meal. This protein intake will help your body to remain in the state of anabolic muscle building. Whey protein isolate is essential for muscle growth because it is a fuel that builds muscles.
