Preparing the Slendier Angel Hair
Step 1: Boil the Slendier low-fat konjac angel hair noodles with a pinch of salt.
Step 2: Remove the angel hair noodles off cooking once they’ve become al dente and close the pot to avoid the noodles drying.
Preparing the stirfry
Step 3: Dice onions, capsicum and shallots
Step 4: Place a WOC onto a medium heat with 1 tablespoon of canola or vegetable oil. Wait for the oil to heat.
Step 5: Add the Dice onions, capsicum and shallots until they become slightly brown in colour.
Step 6: Add the diced chicken breast followed by a spoon of garlic. Add salt, pepper and a small tablespoon of Vegeta stock. Stir until the chicken becomes a light golden brown colour.
Step 7: Dice the vegetables you will be adding to the stir fry.
Step 8: Once the chicken has cooked further – add the selection of vegetables – followed by a large spoon of sesame seeds for more flavour and texture.
Step 9: Mix well followed by a generous splash of soy sauce for colour and balance of the flavours.
