We made this recipe on plain yogurt and full cream milk but if you prefer you can adjust the recipe with alternative plant-based milk/yogurt such as coconut, almond, or soy. You could even add oats or Chia Seeds to the recipe to make a more fiber-rich on-the-go breakfast option for those mornings when things just don’t go to plan. INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups frozen mango
1 ripe banana, cut into chunks
1 cup packed baby spinach leaves
½ Cup Plain Vanilla Yoghurt
½ cup Full Cream Milk (or swap for nut-based milk)
¼ avocado
1 tsp Greens Kidz powder
